Our Fee Agreements
Hourly
For our clients who are seeking legal services on an as-needed basis, Foundation Law Group charges an hourly rate that is much lower than rates charged by other law firms.
Fixed Fee
For some project-based services, we can negotiate a fixed fee based on estimated time of completion.
Retainer
For clients who are seeking to have a lawyer on a retainer, we will negotiate a weekly or monthly rate that can easily fit our client’s budget, providing them with the security of having a lawyer at a lower cost.
Startup
For a low fixed fee, we will incorporate your new company, provide you with a stock option plan to help compensate and incentivize your current and future employees, provide you with all the forms you’ll need to hire employees or engage independent contractors and advise and guide you through your initial seed financing round.
