Melody Petrossian is of Counsel at Foundation Law Group LLP
Melody is a transactional real estate attorney with over 20 years of experience, specializing in commercial real estate leasing. She adeptly represents both landlords and tenants in complex lease negotiations, focusing on minimizing legal risk and securing advantageous terms for her clients.
Melody’s practice encompasses all phases of the lease process and her expertise spans diverse projects, including, retail, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments. Her experience includes representing Fortune 500 apparel and footwear companies, logistics providers, international retail chains, institutional landlords and developers, and large businesses and property owners.
Prior to joining Foundation Law Group, Melody was a real estate associate at Buchalter and a litigation associate at Lewis Brisbois in Los Angeles.
Melody received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2003 and was a member of the Loyola Law Review. While in law school, she was a judicial intern for the Honorable Dickran M. Tevrizian (retired) of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. She received her B.A. from the University of California, Irvine in 2000.
