Natasha Fedder is a Partner at Foundation Law Group LLP focusing on ERISA litigation and DOL investigations involving employee benefit plans.

Natasha brings over fourteen years of civil litigation and government investigation experience to her practice. She has defended:

● Plan sponsors and fiduciaries in ERISA litigation challenging fees and performance of plan investment options in 401(k) and 403(b) plans.
● Selling shareholders and trustees in employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) litigation over company stock valuation.
● Health insurance companies in litigation disputing out-of-network reimbursement levels.
● Plan sponsor and service provider defendants in early-stage resolution of individual benefit claims litigation.
● Targets of DOL investigations, including obtaining closing or “no action” letters.

Natasha complements her advocacy practice by serving as a Contract Mediator for the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission RESOLVE Program and a Panel Member for the American Arbitration Association. As an arbitrator, she focuses on employment (pension/ERISA), consumer, and general healthcare disputes.

Before joining Foundation Law Group, Natasha was a partner at Scale LLP and practiced law at O’Melveny & Myers.

Super Lawyers awarded Natasha the Rising Stars distinction for 2019 – 2024, designating her a Top Rated Employee Benefits Attorney.

Natasha graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. While in law school, she was a judicial intern for The Honorable J. Curtis Joyner (retired) of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Natasha is an avid Pelotoner, runner, and hiker. She has completed one full and fifteen half marathons and enjoys traveling with Backroads.
