Tanina Wahlgren

Tanina Wahlgren is a corporate associate based in San Francisco, specializing in mergers & acquisitions and venture capital transactions. She is dual-qualified to practice in California and Germany.

Before transitioning to the U.S., Tanina worked as a corporate/M&A associate at the global law firm Hogan Lovells in Munich, advising national and international clients on a range of corporate matters, including cross-border M&A and venture capital. She managed due diligence, drafted and negotiated transaction documents, and coordinated the reorganization of a DAX30 corporate group across 50 countries.

Additionally, Tanina gained extensive litigation experience at the international law firm Squire Patton Boggs in San Francisco, defending international clients in complex product liability cases in the automotive sector. Her litigation experience allows her to provide sharper risk assessments and strategic foresight in transactional matters.

She earned her law degree from Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich and has worked in Sydney and Canberra, Australia, during her legal training.
