Lori spent 16 years in preeminent global law firms as a restructuring attorney working on some of the biggest bankruptcies and restructurings in the US. Lori transitioned to serving as general counsel for a film and media client where she served for 2 years until, as GC and COO, she managed the sale of the company to an investor group. Transitioning to general counsel of a beauty company, she oversaw a private equity buy out of one of the founders. She used these experiences to develop a niche practice of serving as an on-demand general counsel to clients who need a general counsel but on a part-time basis.
